• Deal analysis tools
• ARV calculation methods
• Algorithms, workflows, and outputs
• Software design, dashboards, and user interface
• Business models and processes

are the exclusive proprietary information of PropertyARV and are considered confidential.

You agree that you will:

• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or logic
• Not share, sell, or disclose any proprietary insights or outputs to third parties
• Not use the Platform to create or compete with a similar product or service

You may only use PropertyARV for its intended purpose:

• Personal or business real estate deal analysis
• Evaluating investment opportunities

• All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform remain solely with PropertyARV.
• No license or ownership rights are granted to users beyond limited use.

Any unauthorized use or disclosure may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action, including damages and injunctive relief

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Confidentiality Notice.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use any robot, scraper, crawler, bot, or automated system to access the Platform
• Extract, copy, download, or harvest data, calculations, or outputs at scale
• Reverse engineer, replicate, or attempt to recreate PropertyARV's algorithms, models, or calculations
• Use screen scraping, API abuse, or automation tools to collect data
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Platform for the purpose of building or improving a competing product

Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns and user behavior for suspicious activity
• Block IP addresses, accounts, or devices engaging in prohibited activity
• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
• Take legal action for misuse, including damages and injunctive relief

Data Ownership & Protection

• All outputs, calculations, and data generated by PropertyARV remain proprietary.
• Unauthorized extraction or reuse is strictly prohibited.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
