ARV estimates, comparable sales data, and repair estimates are approximations and may not reflect actual market conditions. Always verify data independently before making investment decisions.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropertyARV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

8. Contract Templates Disclaimer

Contract templates provided by PropertyARV are for reference purposes only and should not be considered legal documents without review by a qualified attorney. We make no warranties about the legality or enforceability of any templates. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPERTYARV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyARV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
