All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. Your credit card is collected at signup for verification but will NOT be charged during the trial. After 7 days, your selected plan billing begins automatically. You can downgrade to the free plan anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
We offer 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year billing periods. Longer commitments save you up to 20%. For example, the Starter plan is $99/mo monthly, $89/mo on a 6-month plan, or $79/mo on an annual plan.
Each time you save or analyze a new property address in the Deal Analyzer, it counts as one deal. Re-analyzing or editing an existing saved deal does not count toward your limit.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new plan takes effect immediately upon payment. You can also cancel your subscription from the Settings page — you'll keep access until your billing period ends.
Our ARV calculator uses real comparable sales data from multiple MLS sources and public records. While estimated ARV is calculated based on price per square foot, the true measure of ARV should be determined by analyzing the trend in sold data from comparable properties.
